This support page is for Interpet Ltd TRADE CUSTOMERS. For all trade account or product enquiries, or to become an Interpet customer, please contact Customer Care or your Area Sales Manager. There is also a wealth of product and pet/aquarium care information and FAQs on our brand websites that may answer your query (links below).

If you are a CONSUMER/END USER experiencing an issue with a product that is still within its guarantee, please return to your retailer with proof of purchase. Our brand websites are full of useful support information and FAQs, so please visit them for help with any issues (see below for links).

Please be aware we are a manufacturer and do not sell to the general public. To find our products for sale, please visit your local pet or aquatics store or search for our products through your preferred online retailer.

Returns

For our returns policy, please refer to your copy of our business Terms & Conditions that you received when opening your account. 

If your delivery has been damaged or there are shortages in your order, the quickest and easiest route is to send an e-mail to returns@interpet.co.uk with full order details.
